Summer Season Tips and Trips

March is here and it’s officially summertime!

What I totally miss about this season is the long vacation I always enjoy when I was a kid. Going to the province, spending time outside the house and gaining all life experiences to brag about when school comes in.

Tip # 1: Let every child enjoy this season may it be out-of-town vacations, summer workshops or anything that will add learning outside the four corners of the classroom.

Now how about us adults? When we’re stuck in a world where everything is about career and jobs?

Tip # 2: Take pleasure in every minute of the short stint of the holiday whether it’s traveling, soul-searching or simply staying in the house doing nothing.

But what if you want to quench your thirst for the dry season with just a few days off?

Tip # 3: Head off to the nearest places outside Metro Manila, from the pools in Laguna and Rizal and the beaches in Bataan and Quezon.

So for the whole month, let me give you some suggestions of places to go and sites to see…Just Read and Hit the Road!

About pinay travelaholic

A Filipina who loves to travel. Born with a family of travelers and started traveling when she was just 2months old. Raised in the hustle and bustling life of the metro but has savored the laid back lifestyle of the countryside during summer vacations. At a very young age, she has experienced being stranded on a train for 3 days, being thrown inside the window of the bus just to save a seat and “top loaded” (riding on the roof) on a PUJ just to reach their destination. …Traveling became her adventure since then.
