Touring Tagum City

We rode a shuttle bus from Davao to Tagum and were fetched by Auntie Susan with Uncle Psy and their beautiful granddaughter Audrey at Gaisano Mall. They toured us around Tagum City:

Cathedral of Christ the King – located at Gonzales Ave. and is considered as the biggest catholic cathedral in Mindanao

Largest Rosary & the Resurrected Christ – located at the back of Christ the King, the locals are vying to have the largest rosary in the whole world

Parish of Christ the Eucharistic King – located at Rizal St., I fell in love with this church because of the life-size statue of saints and overwhelming angel figurines surrounding the church.

New Capitol Hall – located in Apokon and still under construction, the new city hall boasts a modernize and elegant structure

Energy Park – also located at Apokon, a huge park with nursery plants and aviary waiting for park goers

About pinay travelaholic

A Filipina who loves to travel. Born with a family of travelers and started traveling when she was just 2months old. Raised in the hustle and bustling life of the metro but has savored the laid back lifestyle of the countryside during summer vacations. At a very young age, she has experienced being stranded on a train for 3 days, being thrown inside the window of the bus just to save a seat and “top loaded” (riding on the roof) on a PUJ just to reach their destination. …Traveling became her adventure since then.
