From Thailand and Cambodia, our last destination is Ho Chi Minh in Vietnam. From Phnom Penh, we rode the Mekong Bus for 7 hours travel.

One thing I’ve noticed is that most of the people inside the bus are Filipinos. Well aside from the language spoken, when the attendant announced that there’s a wi-fi available, almost everyone started asking for the password 🙂 Half time of our travel, we crossed the Mekong River by barge.

Mekong Bus is very comfortable, clean and safe driving. There’s an attendant on board in-charge of the passport processing during the border crossing.

About pinay travelaholic

A Filipina who loves to travel. Born with a family of travelers and started traveling when she was just 2months old. Raised in the hustle and bustling life of the metro but has savored the laid back lifestyle of the countryside during summer vacations. At a very young age, she has experienced being stranded on a train for 3 days, being thrown inside the window of the bus just to save a seat and “top loaded” (riding on the roof) on a PUJ just to reach their destination. …Traveling became her adventure since then.
